What motivates you to do your job ?

It’s simple to love doing your job when everything goes exactly how you planned. But what about hard days when everything seems to be “mission impossible” when you are tired and “blocked”? I think every engineer faces this. I find solutions for this by doing the job for a greater purpose, finding something that inspires me to move on and keep learning and trying. For me, contributing to the global zero net target is really motivating, and taking care of our planet is something I want to fight for.

GPI is a unique opportunity to do research and development in power electronics in a relatively small team of people who share the same values and from whom one can learn and progress. Having the freedom to experiment with new technologies and advanced designs is really important to me.
